CrossFit Training

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program consisting of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains. What that means is that CrossFit prepares you for life. Moving a sofa for a friend, picking up your toddler, sports and recreational activities – these all require functional fitness and movements and we will prepare you for that. Installing a window air conditioner requires a deadlift, putting a box of books on an overhead shelf requires a shoulder press. We practice it in the gym and you do it in real life. With style.
