Commonwealth CrossFit Membership Agreement

Welcome to Commonwealth CrossFit! We’re excited to support your fitness and wellness goals. This Membership Agreement outlines the terms of your membership. Please read carefully and acknowledge in Wodify before reserving or attending classes.

1. Membership Commitment & Renewals

  • Memberships are continuous monthly memberships and will auto‑renew each month unless changed or cancelled under this Agreement.
  • We charge a $39 administrative fee for new memberships or to re-start discontinued memberships.
  • Payments will be charged automatically to the payment method on file.

2. Changes, Suspensions (Holds), and Cancellations

  • Notice Required: To change, suspend, or cancel your membership, you must provide written notice at least 10 days prior to the effective date by emailing info@commonwealthcrossfit.com.
    • Cancellations: If less than 10 days’ notice is provided, the next month’s charge may still process and will not be refunded.
    • Suspensions (Holds): Holds are permitted only for absences of 10 or more consecutive days and are limited to two (2) times per calendar year. Holds must be requested at least 10 days in advance and cannot be applied retroactively. In the case of injury related holds, we will do our best to accommodate shorter lead times. When a hold is applied, your next bill date will be pushed out by the number of days on hold. After two (2) holds per calendar year, you cannot place a hold but may request to stop auto-renew on your membership.  If and when you restart your membership, you’ll incur a $39 administrative fee.  If you anticipate a repeated need for membership holds, please contact us at info@commonwealthcrossfit.com and we’ll help determine the most cost effective way for you to work out at our gym.

3. Annual Membership Fee Adjustment

  • To reflect rising operating costs, membership fees are adjusted by up to 4% annually, effective January 1 of each year. New pricing will be reflected automatically in your January billing cycle.

4. Class Reservations, Cancellations, and Attendance (Wodify)

  • All classes must be reserved and signed into using Wodify. Reserving secures your spot; signing in confirms you are present.
    • Cancellation Windows: Cancel at least 8 hours prior to morning classes and 2 hours prior to evening classes to avoid penalties.
    • No‑Show Fee: If you reserve a class and do not attend or fail to sign in, a $20 No‑Show Fee may be charged.
    • Operational Changes: The most current late‑cancellation/no‑show rules may be displayed in Wodify and will govern.

5. Payment Terms

  • Memberships are billed automatically each month. Failure to attend classes does not relieve your payment obligation.
    • If a payment fails, you must update your payment method within 5 days or your membership may be suspended until brought current.

6. No Refunds

  • Commonwealth CrossFit does not issue refunds for unused time, missed classes, retroactive holds, or charges that process due to insufficient notice.

7. Member Responsibilities

  • Arrive early and respect class schedules. Be ready to begin at the very beginning of class.
    • Reserve and sign in for every class via Wodify.
    • Inform coaches of injuries or limitations.
    • Treat other members and coaches with respect; follow coaching directions and movement standards.
    • Care for equipment and clean up after use.

8. Our Commitments to You

  • Provide safe, inclusive, and effective programming with professional coaching.
    • Maintain a clean, well‑equipped facility.
    • Start and finish classes on time and offer appropriate scaling options.
    • Support your progress through consistent feedback and community engagement.

Acknowledgement & Electronic Consent

By acknowledging this agreement electronically in Wodify, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Acknowledgement is required prior to reserving or attending classes.
