Don’t just live longer. Live healthier and fitter! Join our Legends program and build the strength and skills needed to lead a healthy, independent life.

Legends will keep you motivated, working hard and healthy when it matters most. You’ll work with in a small group setting with a coach who keeps you safe and injury-free. Each class features strength and endurance training that is age appropriate and grounded in exercise science.

It’s smart, intentional training designed to help you stay independent, energized, and moving well for years to come.
