Workouts will strengthen your running and the 8 functional workouts found in HYROX races: Rowing, SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges and Wall Balls.

Smaller, slower-paced, and tailored specifically to the needs of older adults. Workouts focus on mobility, balance, strength and functional fitness for daily life.
